Part of a team responsible for delivering the necessary infrastructure to enable Ofsted’s newly designed Early Years directorate to begin its national operations on time throughout eight regional centre’s and one head office.
Main Responsibilities:
Designed implemented and managed a strategy to address Ofsted’s unsatisfactory Early Years helpline provision throughout the country. This involved research across various ‘Best Practice’ public and private sector organisations. My recommendations were implemented.
Tasked with providing a reliable national dataset of childcare providers for use in regulatory work. I set up links with external organisations to acquire their data and check it against ours using a web-enabled comparison tool. 850000+ records in various formats cleansed into a reliable database of 270000 in six weeks and loaded onto a Logica designed database.
